To be fair, calendars have never been magical. Despite countless attempts over time, calendars continue to be largely the same, often subpar at keeping track of anything beyond work meetings. All the powerful tools that calendars offer from planning ahead, to automatic reminders, invites—tools that could really boost engagement with any creator’s events—are rarely used for personal passions or community.
Frustrated with the status quo, we decided to build something better. We named it Stanza (the Italian word for “room”) to signify creating space in your day, aka your calendar, for the things that truly bring you joy and connect you to the world around you.
What started as a simple “Add to Calendar” button, has since evolved into a powerful platform used by 10,000s of creators to build event calendars that seamlessly integrate into millions of subscribers’ calendars across the world.
Today, creators—from major sports teams to non-profits—use Stanza to host and share their events calendar. Stanza helps everyone focus on what they do best: creating or being a part of magical experiences that brings community together.
At Stanza, we understand that building quality software comes from a deep appreciation and understanding of our creators & subscribers. Anything remotely related to crafting experiences, whether physical or digital, is a labor of love. As experiences play a bigger role in our lives (and budgets), our needs are also changing.
