You're currently here. To find answers on your own, follow these steps:

  1. Press Command (⌘) + K on your keyboard to then type in your question. Alternatively, you can enter your specific question or keyword in the search bar on the top right.

  2. You'll be shown a list of relevant articles. Find the one that best addresses your question.

If you're unable to resolve your problem through our Help Center articles, you can always submit a support ticket .

From Stanza

Click on the dropdown in the top right and select Report. You'll be taken to our to create a ticket.

FAQs

How long does it take to get a response to a support ticket?

We prioritize Stanza+ members and creators on paid plans. They'll receive a response within 48 hours M-F.

Users and creators on a free plan will receive a response within 14 days.
