Click on the dropdown in the top right and select Report. You'll be taken to our support form to create a ticket.

How long does it take to get a response to a support ticket?

We prioritize Stanza+ members and creators on paid plans. They'll receive a response within 48 hours M-F.

Users and creators on a free plan will receive a response within 14 days.
