Issues Signing In

Desktop

Verify that your browser is not blocking pop-ups. Look at the top right of your browser bar for an alert that says "Pop-up blocked". If you see this alert, click on it and select the option to allow pop-ups and redirects.

Ensure cookies are enabled

Our sign-in process requires cookies to function correctly. Go to your browser settings and ensure that cookies are enabled.

Clear Your Browser Cache

Cached data might interfere with the sign-in process. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try signing in again.

Try a Different Browser

If the issue persists, try using a different browser - Chrome is our preferred browser.

On Mobile

Make sure you're using the mobile browser instead of the browser within a native app. Browsers within native apps, especially for social apps, have limited capabilities around redirecting for signing in.
