Calendar app is not opening

Verify that your browser is not blocking pop-ups. Look at the top right of your browser bar for an alert that says "Pop-up blocked". If you see this alert, click on it and select the option to allow pop-ups and redirects.

Once you've allowed pop-ups, you'll need to refresh the page and subscribe again.

Calendar app is not opening by default on my desktop Mac. How do I fix this?

Open your Calendar app on Mac:

  1. In the menu bar, click on Calendar > Settings

  1. Make sure you have Calendar set as the Default calendar app.

  1. Restart all open browsers before trying to resubscribe.

Google Calendar app is not opening by default on my desktop Mac. How do I fix this?

Open your Calendar app on Mac:

  1. In the menu bar, click on Calendar > Settings

  1. Make sure you have Google Chrome set as the Default calendar app.

  1. Restart all open browsers before trying to resubscribe.

NOTE: You will need to already be logged into your Google Account on Chrome for your Google Calendar app to open by default.

Still not working?

You'll need to manually import the calendar or switch to Google Connect for calendars to be added in the background, across all your devices.
