# Calendar app is not opening

### Desktop

Verify that your browser is not blocking pop-ups. Look at the top right of your browser bar for an alert that says "Pop-up blocked". If you see this alert, click on it and select the option to allow pop-ups and redirects.

Once you've allowed pop-ups, you'll need to refresh the page and subscribe again.&#x20;

Open your **Calendar** app on Mac:

1. In the menu bar, click on **Calendar >** **Settings**&#x20;

2. Make sure you have **Calendar** set as the Default calendar app.

3. Restart all open browsers before trying to resubscribe.&#x20;

3. Restart all open browsers before trying to resubscribe.&#x20;

**NOTE:** You will need to already be logged into your Google Account on Chrome for your Google Calendar app to open by default.&#x20;

You'll need to [manually import the calendar](/stanza-help-center/for-subscribers/editor/issues-redirecting-to-your-calendar-app/manually-import-a-calendar.md) or switch to [Google Connect](/stanza-help-center/for-subscribers/stanzaplus/google-connect.md) for calendars to be added in the background, across all your devices.&#x20;
