How much does Stanza+ cost?

Stanza+ costs $2.50/mo (billed annually at $30/year).

Do you offer a free trial?

How often will my subscription renew?

Stanza+ renews on an annual basis. We do not offer monthly plans.

How can I cancel my subscription if I decide to stop using Stanza?

Head to “Your Plan” in the nav bar drop down.

You’ll be taken to your Stripe Billing page where you can edit and cancel your plan.

Do you store my credit card information?

No, we do not store any credit card information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. This also means that we cannot look up your account by credit card, and can only use your email to look it up.

What if I don’t see “Your Plan” in the dropdown menu?

If you're not seeing "Your Plan" in the drop down, the email address that you're logging in with doesn't have a Stanza+ subscription associated with it. You might have a plan linked to another email (check for Stripe emails from Stanza in your other inboxes and use that email to log in), or your subscription may have expired.

What forms of payment does Stanza accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

I've upgraded to Stanza+ but am unable to access the benefits when I sign in. How do I fix this?

Please make sure you're signing in with the email that you upgraded. The easiest way to figure this out is to search for the Stanza+ receipt in your inbox.

If you are signing in with Apple, you may have relay turned on, which means that we receive an obfuscated email on our end which doesn't match the email associated with your Stanza+ subscription. You can either turn off Apple Relay for Stanza or sign back in using the Email option.

I'm getting charged twice for a Stanza+ subscription. How do I fix this?

Please keep in mind that we do not store your credit card information and can only look you up by your email.

What happens if I don't renew my Stanza+ subscription?

If you don't renew, all your benefits will go away and you will be reset to a basic "free" account.

  1. You'll be brought down to 2 calendars

  2. All groups will be deleted. Anyone subscribed to your groups will be notified that the group is no longer active.

  3. You will lose access to your "My Events" page and personalized recommendations

  4. Your "Google Connect" connection will be reset and there will be no automatic updates across all devices

If you're still unable to access your benefits once you sign in, please submit a request .

Please fill out this , and include receipts for both subscriptions along with the email that you would like to continue with. We'll cancel & refund the duplicate one.
